I got a card but as hubby is working away this week there will be no romantic dinners or hearts and flowers here today

He will have to make it up to me at the weekend

Nothing here yet except a cryptic email about my carriage being ready for 4.30pm . . . so I suspect there is something on the cards for tonight

I'm worried as I have been told to 'dress to kill' and Sebastian threw up on, and ruined, the only dressing-up dress I have

OH has a day off so we are doing lunch (fiver a head special at the Italian!

) and afternoon pictures (movie/cinema/film - showing my age there; I always say pictures but I don't think it's the modern idiom. What do you say?)

I always think going to the pictures in daylight is decadent! Seeing The History Boys - hope it's as good as the reviews say.

Well, I could hardly see my front door this morning due to the HUGE pile of cards and gifts............................I wish!!!!

Nothing here and not expecting anything. My delivery of catfood from Zooplus came this morning though, and I got the gang a new bed!!!! Does that count?!?!?! lol

Alex sighs in envy, lol!! Sounds very romantic Yola, we will of course expect details tomorrow, lol!!

Edited to add: OH and I agreed to just give each other a card this year, but the rotten so and so went and bought me a bunch of flowers and a nice bottle of wine anyway!
