It has taken me all week to write this blasted letter to Littlewoods regarding that fiasco last monday. It is now ready to send, all 6 pages of it

. Let's just say I had a severe case of writers cramp afterwards lol! I have explained everything that happened in detail, emphasising that if someone had only sent one little fax I could have had my money in less than an hour instead of having to spend the night freezing because of no heat and being worried sick. Also mentioned rather strongly that I have spent thousands with them over the last few years and have been a customer of good standing with them and that I think their customer service is pathetic. So will now have to wait and see what response I get
