Very interesting, I may try this. Do you buy tubers from a seedsman/nursery, or just use potatoes with eyes from the market?

Ive book marked it, does it tell me exactly what to do, i.e. size of container etc.... and do I have to buy special spuds? x

Yes.
Use seed potatoes (from a garden shop - my local one just lets you buy them loose. That's best for small scale growing, as you'll only use a few)
