Re: Emma hows the training going

Hi Kazz,

Training is going very well thank you, first week I walked (in total) 11 miles , last week 14 miles, and I have 18 miles (in total) to walk this week. I am sure there are going to be some weeks for one reason or another I cannot walk but I will try and get on my exercise bike instead.

So far I have raised (including gift aid) £650.38

Re: Emma hows the training going

lol @ Mags....I just luuuuvvvvv the smell of deep heat...don't you???

Thanks Fran.

Actually I am not finding the training too hard at the moment, although this week two of my walks (5 miles each) are marked down at walked "at speed" Oh that is going to hurt!!! lol

I might regret picking the training programme for the "quite fit" but they didn't have a computer couch potato one!!
