My limping cat

Well I have been doing a little planting in the garden etc and wandering backwards and forwards today followed by the dogs mostly and occasionaly Cleo.
My Dad has been putting new wider windowsills in the bedrooms for her highness to relax on and catch the Spring Summer sun without falling off her balance is not what it was. They have to be wood as she finds the UPVC too slippy - spoilt or what.

Anyhow just saw her walk in with a distinct limp/lurch to the left panic I call her over and she limps/stumbles towards me. I watch her and wonder what she's done she walks away from me to her food dish and tries to settle down to eat but shakes her leg - I almost whisk her to the vet in mad panic as I think stroke!!!!! (of course always look on the dark side she's my Cleo) I call her to me tears rolling down my face she limps/stumbles toward me.
I lift her up and what do I find a piece of masking tape in between her back leg and her tummy. she has obviously been dozing where Dad has been painting, and picked up the masking tape - dozy cat.

I untape her and she makes for the just painted windowsill she is now locked out of that room till complete. Stupid cat

I'd get that sharp stick out and give her something to limp about if I were you

Stupid cat - I mean masking tape at her age I ask you...
here she is in exile in the other bedroom....as you can see she understands she has done wrong I think she does anyhow, now I look at this again not sure.
