What is the one kitchen gadget you wouldn't be withoutIf there was one kitchen gadget you have got that you wouldn't be without, what is it and why wouldn't you be without it??

White appliance (although mine's silver  ) - would have to be my dishwasher!Small kitchen item - would have to be my Jamie Oliver saute pan, it's brilliant and so versatile. I cook nearly everything in it  |

Large appliance: my toaster oven...could not cook without it! Small thing: a potato parer...useful for peeling anything! |

Corkscrew, I lent it to a neighbour and believe me, there is no fool proof way to open a bottle of wine without one!   |
