Hoe frustrating, Emma! Would they not special-order them for you?

Re: Emma

Nope afraid not DM they were an end of line and we didn't want to risk just getting what they had (I think they had 12 and we need 31!!)

They did give me the name of the supplier and I have emailed them but no reply as yet.

Re: Emma

Find another fence panel then cover it with climbers you won't notice.

Re: Emma

I don't really want to cover the whole fence with climbers, don't forget our garden is 100' long.. The OH doesn't want fencing that is just (plain) fencing being 6 foot high panels and I don't want anything shorter, so the panels with the trellis top were going to be a compromise.

There might be a possiblity that my cousin can source the panels we want at a good price. I just don't want to be paying £69 a panel!!!!

Re: Emma

exactly Eileen We are prepared to pay about £40 a panel, then we need concrete posts and concrete boards for the bottom, and concrete post mix, at £69 a panel it is going to double the actual cost of the fencing and make it VERY expensive.

Re: Emma

Well Kazz after a little trip to Hyde Hall today I got a few new additions to the garden and borders

Euphorbia griffithis Fireglow (OH's choice)
Knautia Macedoniea
Evergreen Azalea - Pink Pancake - saw this in the garden and I don't normally like Azaleas but this was lovely, not very big and quite low to the ground.

any my fav

Prunus X Cistena Purple Leaf
