New kitchen..

This is what hubby spent the Bank Holiday weekend doing..

From this...

To this....

There's still loads to do, plastering to patch up on the ceiling, new floor to put down and decorating to do but I am really pleased with it so far. It's a small kitchen but quite hard to believe that it is the same room!

Lovely - what a handy chap to have around. Mine doesn't know one end of a screwdriver from the other

Re: New kitchen..

Thanks all He actually started it just after Christmas putting up the wall units (there are some more wall units on the other side that you can't see in the piccies) but he has just been that busy with work that it's only just got finished. There's still loads to do like I say but at least the kitchen is in. Now if you could see my Hall, stairs and landing..... Don't know when that will get done

Hubby is very good at DIY so I knew he'd make a good job of it, not that he had much choice with me 'supervising' him

Re: New kitchen..

Lucky you Fran *sigh* I've never had a new kitchen apart from the one time that I moved into a brand new house. Doesn't look like I'll be getting one anytime soon either

I love the colour combination, most dramatic.
