Poor Tiny - how undignified! Boy I think - quite a distance between anus and anything else which looks like an orifice. But I can see the confusion, as there could be a feminine cleft in the genital area too. Maybe it will take a while until it sorts itself out. Maybe Tiny is an intersex? We await with interest.
