Upsetting day :(

I am having a upsetting day today......not really sure whats going on, I was sent home from work after I had a panic attack, the Doc. couldnt put her finger on anything, she thinks it may be because I have been unwell all week x

Take care Julie. Panic attacks can be very scary, maybe you have been overdoing it lately? Hope you are feeling better soon.

Yes, panic attacks are horrible. I've not had a real full-on one, but a girl at work did. I ended up having to take her to A&E as she was hyperventilating and shaking.

Please just take some time out to go for a quiet walk somewhere peaceful and just relax and don't do too much for the next few days, your doctor's right.

(((Hugs))) to you. Sometimes things just get on top of us, emotionally. There's no real reason or trigger it's just a slow build of stuff going on. And cry if you need to - it's a good safety valve! Look after yourself, actually it sounds as if your lovely man is doing that already
