Didn't mean to panic you all (nice to be missed though
). It was a last minute thing to go up to Scotland. OH and I had talked about it a few weeks ago but decided not to as it would be a long journey in a new car, but on the friday my FIL wasn't doing too well at all, so OH deceided that he really wanted to go up to see him. So spent friday night and saturday morning sorting out cat care (CPL cats went to the vets boarding cattery), Broxi and Cooper survived with the automatic feeder and the next door neighbour popping in and Teddie came with us!! FIL turned out not to be suffernig from Pneumonia as first thought but rather legionella!!
He was in a very bad way to begin with and tbh everyone, including himself is very surprised he is still with us. Since they discovered what it was and began treating accordingly he has come on leaps and bounds and hopefully will be sent home on friday! A mere shadow of his former self and going to have to take it easy for quite some time but thankfully still here. Thank you all for your concern and it was really nice to know that I had been missed. Thanks all ((hugs))
