Re: Bl@@dy Tax Credits

I remember it well Julie. Before they were called that my OH had to give up his job because they took over 3 MONTHS to sort his out. I had just had Raechel at the time and we could not survive with his wages from his part time job. We ended up losing our house over that!!!! We owned our own flat and couldn't keep up the mortgage repayments on it!

I'm glad I'm not the only one having problems with them!!! Ive made about 7 phone calls this time round and it's not sorted. Enough to pull your hair out over.

Re: Bl@@dy Tax Credits

Thats the stupid thing, they work your tax credits out on last years wages, suposably
But you tell em your income is doubling, they soon stop them, so god knows how they work em out
We've had nothing but probs with the tax credit system, I could write a book with the probs we've had since having my oldest thats now 4, arggg

Re: Bl@@dy Tax Credits

Yeh then they tell you they have over paid you on previous years .
You get less and less, without wages going up
