For Jac...Erin has just phoned me told me to post and tell you she cooked brunch for 12 people and burnt the scrambled eggs!   Can you believe it! hahaha bless her

She was really stressed Eileen,she was working on her own on one unit so as well as doing the cooking for 12 she had to do all the washing,get the lads up and make sure they were all washed and dressed,and make them all their drinks. Bless her.shes off out tonight though so I dont think the stress will be around for long  |

Hmmm - scrambled eggs. Never could master them although I can cook some of the most complicated dishes on the planet without batting an eyelid. Poor Erin - tell her not to sweat the scrambled eggs - there's more to life . . . etc |
