Looking good and I just love tomato, basil, mozzarella! Tend to eat it cold but adding garlic and grilling sounds good to me. Your Marmandes are way ahead of mine - just at the first shy flower stage I'm afraid. But they are outside and the weather has been so changeable. I've got the first fruits starting on my Super Fresno chilli. |

I also add a sprinkle of fresh ground pepper and a drizzle of olive oil .....only with ripe homegrown tomatoes...wouldn't dream of it with the nasty Winter ones from the market! |
