I dont see the harm and cats do eventually come around to sharing their space. just make sure you dont make too much of a fuss over the new cat and forget Pousse. GO FOR IT GIRL |

I would be tempted to have him on a few weeks trial to see how they get on together. You would need at least a couple of weeks for Pousse to get used to having another cat in your flat and to see if she accepts him. I agree with the others though that it may be just what Pousse needs to help with her nervousness. You should ensure that Pousse still gets most of the attention though.... |

I think that as long as the introductions are done slowly and at Pousse's own pace then you shouldn't have a problem. Of course, not all cats like other cat company but I do think that most of them thrive from it. We can never replace the company of their own kind. I think if you can have a trial period then that would be fantastic, but I'm not sure how a breeder would feel about that. Best of luck though and I can certainly vouch for showing and how addictive it is!!!! I can't get enough now!!! |

I can't add anything to the excellent advice that's already been given! I hope it will work out OK for you and Pousse; do let us know what you decide. |
