Like old times

Well well well, surprise surprise. Cleo never really comes in the garden any more prefering to sleep in the house, she does a gentle potter up and aroundmost evenings when I go slug hunting but she never really ventures out in the daytime.
The birds have got used to me and the dogs being out and about but today about 2 hours ago actually the dogs were watching the telly - the Derby I think and I went into the garden to "hear" the "alarm" call of the birds screaming from their now lofty perches "CAT CAT CAT" I turned to see Cleo strolling down the path, the birds took flight.
She didn't make a run for one but did stroll up and sit on Oz's slab. I think waiting for her "victim" and I am sure she would have taken one. if I would have let her.
But the rain started again and I fetched her in - its been ages since I heard the ALARM call. "CAT" and to be honest it brightened my heart slightly, not only that but the fact she fancied a walk out today.
