I found it on a rat forum lol

Don't you think it's amazing how the cat found food (probably via a human) for 10 years, was then handed in and reunited with it's owner.

Aww bless her. Surely some one must have taken her in for most of those years for her to be returned in such good condition and for her not to have turned wild.
Pleased she has finally been re-united with her owners xxx
