Farmers' Market in town, so I'll pop off to that in a while. Other than that, I have put the rubbish out and that is the sum total of my day's plans . OH is away until next Thursday ...... yawn. But it is mum's 80th birthday on Sunday. My son is coming on Saturday and will stay over, so it's not quite boredom all the way. Have a good day all - will ba back to chat later. |

Hi - It's wet & miserable here today. I've booked the day off so that I can get orgnised as we are away with the caravan this weekend on a rally, only going really local so I will pop back to sort out the animals. My car is in the garage today as the alarm keep going off & the air con doesn't work now! Hope they won't be too long sorting it out, so I've borrowed hubbys car for the day to do a bit of shopping etc. Right must dash & get things sorted. See ya. |

Morning all! Grey, drizzly and yuck here! My car is in at the garage too Smudgley. Nasty grinding noise coming from the front passenger wheel, they've given me a courtesy car, but only after I complained! I have the mobility car for a reason for crying out loud but they were expecting me to walk a mile home!! Nothing else planned here. 1 more week until the school holidays, God help us lol! have a good day all. |

Filthy day - that awful light rain/heavy drizzle that gets in everywhere. And it's warm, so you feel like you're in a sauna, no matter how light your rainwear. Anyway, mission accomplished at the market, including a couple of nice lamb chops and a pear and almond tart for my meal tonight. Also (confession!) a nice fruit scone which I've just seen off with my coffee ; low-carbing hasn't reached here |

Drizzly, dull and rather chilly here. The decision has been made for Sebastian to start nursery on the 30th of July. Which means making the au pair 'redundant'. I'm not going to be horrible about it and will give her plenty of notice, but we don't feel it's working out |
