Hot peppers!


Fortunately the squirrel doesn't like them....first harvest! I'll be cooking Szechwan or Thai in the next few days! I love spicy food.....

Not water, Alex...drink milk if the spicy food is a bit too much!! Water won't do it....

That's right - just clears your palate, ready for the assault of the next mouthful! A small piece of bread, cracker, or some plain rice, naan bread, or whatever you are eating with the spice, does the trick too.
