Daily Thread / MondayMorning all, lovely sunny day here again. Going to take advantage by getting through yet more washing which accumulated whilst the weather was so bad  Got to nip to the Post Office later, other than that, I'm just doing the finishing bits of painting on Morsey's stud house and then it's back to stripping wallpaper in the hall, stairs and landing.Hope you all have a lovely, sunny day

Ah, sunshine! And no rain forecast for the next 10 days. HURRAH! OH is having a 'thinking week' this week - ie, he has no trips, no major projects, just planning for the next year or so. He will do a lot of his thinking (plus answering the phone, emails and the like ) in the garden in the sun and I will try, valiantly, to create some order out of my poor ravaged allotment. Sounds like we might get back to positive thinking! Amazing to think that it will be August on Wednesday. So, have a lovely day everyone and positive, healing vibes to all the poorly people and puss-cats. |

morning all. OH has gone out with the dog for a nice long walk. ive just come back from paying some bills  2nd lot of washing awaiting to go on line. im waiting for my grumpy ole neighbor to go in so i can put the washing out, (he wants to know the ins n out of a ducks Rss) cant stand the man one bit. have a good day all.  |

Morning all, another beautiful sunny day here! I hope those 10 days without rain will stretch until the middle of August DM! Have got lots of little jobs I should be doing today but the magnetism of Catsey drew me here!!  Enjoy your day everyone!  |

We finally got some rain!!! Not quite an inch here in the City: places to the North got over 4", but hey, it's better than nothing! The drought has been awful. Cloudy and coolish with a chance of more rain this afternoon: I hope so! Did my usual market run, nothing particular planned for the afternoon. Might do some weed-pulling if the ground is soft enough... Enjoy the rest of the afternoon, all! |
