a bit of a swim...


today kuan yin was crawling on the plastic sheets over the red eared slider turtle tank..she must be gaining weight because this time the plastic gave way and she fell in! luckily i was sitting in the armchair watching tv and saw the whole thing...she treaded water till i was able to reach inside the water and lift her out...then she acted embarassed and like that was what she meant to do all along..i gave her a towel and she looked at me accusingly.

Oh she must have been sooo embarrassed! Cats just hate it when you catch them having done something really stupid....wish you'd gotten a pic! Poor wet little mite...

I've rescued one of the meezer babies from down the toilet this afternoon must be a day for cats and water!
