It was 40 years ago today....... or a date near today - I'm not sure - that the future Mr and Mrs 'Smum met  A couple of kids, at a conference in London. Goodness me - how time flies when you're having fun!(and I was aged minus 3 at that time, if you are wondering!  )Also I believe Sergeant Pepper taught the band to play!

I thought you had to be minus 4 to get into a conference  So you can sing the song now then "We've been together now for 40 years........" |

Well, we've not been "together" but have been "an item" I suppose. Only the very bold were together without a ring/certificate in those days |
