Dont they all fall asleep on the nice clean or ironed washing. The black cat sleeps and looks likes guinness.

Just seen your pics Jane and actually Thomas looks more like your Kado in real life, he is black and white (although you can't see the white in this pic!). Would love to see more pics of your cats Jane

Just lovely! My Balie sleeps like that too . . . I call it his Sphynx pose

Only yesterday I had to put a king sized white IRONED duvet cover back through the washing machine cos fat old Fifi-cat parked herself on it all day and covered it in dust, fur and brown eye gunk

Oh yes, they just lurrrve clean washing don't they *sigh*.. not that I have moved them.. they are still in exactly the same spot - we must reeeeallly love our cats!!!!

I have sat still for ages, just because Chloe had sat next to me, or spent many a night not moving in case I disturb Misty at the end of the bed!!

There's something genetically programmed into cats to make them seek out clean washing (better yet, clean, just-ironed and still warm washing!)
Dogs, on the other hand, prefer to get their noses into the dirty laundry basket and inhale deeply
