Stress, stress, stress

So much for my farewell
My tutor told me to take a break
So far everything has gone wrong this morning with my study.
Stressing over this business plan. Was printing some stuff off the pc when the ink cartridge dried up . Have no money to buy a new one till I get paid on friday .
My tutor sent me an e-mail, it had gone into my junk folder, transfered it to my inbox, deleted the stuff in the junk folder and its gone and deleted my tutors e-mail too
Dug out the letter she sent me with her e-mail addy on it and my pc says its incomplete and i cannt send her an e-mail back
So almost in tears (slight exageration) I call her at her home. Spoke with her for a while about my frustrations and now feel much calmer. She has told me not to worry too much about the business plan just now and to go onto unit 2 which is more about the animals and their care. She said that way I can get back into a routine for study and go back to the business plan as things start to formulate in my head for it.
She told me to go get a cup of coffee and chill out for a wee bit so here I am

Oh dear Elaine, it's awful when you get days when nothing appears to go right.. I think you may be trying too hard at the moment ........ why don't you take up Yola's kind offer of help to get you through this first business plan stage - you never know, it may start the ball rolling and you'll soon get the hang of it all...

Do you have a time limit to get everything completed by?

Don't stress!
Follow my theory of time management if you like. JBDI
Means don't stress, don't panic about what you've got to do and how little time you have to do it, wasting time and energy
Just Bl**dy Do It

Took me a long time to realise that but it works for me.
Good luck!

Re: Stress, stress, stress

Am feeling a little better. Have almost finnished unit two. Am taking the rest of the night off as I am a bit bug eyed after a full afternoon of reading, writting and typing.
My tutor also told me not to panic about the time constraints as she is aware that I work and have a home to run. I just have to keep her informed if I do run late.
