Okay can anyone explain the following....how come other people's noise is louder than mine. Or my noise is quiet noise
To the side of me the neighbours in the maisonettes have a habit of sitting out chatting. It can get irritating as they make so much noise.
Now today have had a few friends round after dinner and I had to pop out came back and could have sworn blind the noise was coming from the neighbours but
No it was from my garden so how come in my garden the noise is barely auidble whereas outside it seems loud....:rolleyes:
