Daily thread - WednesdaySeems a long time since I started a daily thread. Hope everyone is feeling good and that the sun is shining for you. It looks like being a good day heer. Great for the Great Dorset fair, which opens officially today. It is a monster event - absolutely huge. For the first time this year we locals have a special day with concessionary rates, on sunday, so i very much expect we'll go then. 2 weeks today to my holiday - hooray!

Morning all The sun was shining lovely when I got up his morning but its gone a little over cast now,its still nice and warm though. Nothing much planned for today,just got to try and keep my lil sister occupied! Hope you all have a lovely day |

Lovely day here ....can't believe it's almost September though  The autumal nip will soon be in the air so I hope everyone makes the most of it now..Not much going on here other than chores ........ may clear some more of the plants in the garden later.. Hope you all have a good day! |

Afternoon, all! Sun is beginning to peek thru the clouds and should be a lovely day. Bad day with the cats yesterday!!  Onyx suddenly decided to come in with me after I'd fed her...came up on the porch before I could stop her, and Leia, who'd been dozing as usual, came instantly to life, rushed threateningly at her, bushed, growling and hissing!!! Onyx crouched down in a defensive pose with her back to the house step and hissed back, then dashed into the living room with both of us in hot pursuit...I grabbed Onyx and popped her out the porch door!! Took Leia quite a while to calm down and finally have her snack; kept sniffing and sniffing where Onyx had been. And I was worried that Onyx might have been so upset at what happened that she wouldn't come back; however that was an unnecessary worry as she was waiting for me on the steps this morning as affectionate as ever. I knew Leia was jealous but never thought she'd react that badly... Don't know where to go from here with the introduction.... Any advice...??? |
