That just shows that you are a good mum, a mum who cares. Remember lots of children will be out of place until they get into class. She will be great and will have had a good day |

I know how you are feeling this morning Smudgley. My children go on the school bus from here as it's a very long way to the school. The bus comes at around 8ish and Em was up dressed and excited at 6 this morning It brought a lump to my throat when I saw her so grown up looking in her new school uniform. A lot of the children from Em's junior class are going to the school, so they will all have met up on the bus. Enjoy your cuppa, she'll be fine Smudgley |

Oh Smudgely and Fran; hugs! A milestone day for you both. Dominik starts reception class on Thursday too . . . no big deal for him as it's in the same school as his nursery classes, but it's 'big' school now as far as I'm concerned and he'll be there 5 days a week. Oh how quickly they grow |

Anyway, all you worried mums know it will be fine. The first 'everything' is a breath-holding trial. My worst was letting them walk back from school alone -eek! |
