Girl or Boy?

Just a quick question, my friend is picking up a kitten tomorrow. she currently has 2 female cats. She is not sure whether to get a boy or girl kitten - what would you suggest??

Doesn't make any difference.

Girl or boy, it's down to personal preference.

Re: Girl or Boy?

Some people say boys like their cuddles more, but my girls like their cuddles just as much as my boy. My boy is a lot more laid back than the girls and gets on better with the dogs due to this, he will play with them and everything whereas the girls tend to ignore them unless they are sleeping and then they will sneak in for a cuddle (probably just using them as an under-cat heating system really ). There's not really a lot of difference that i've found personally.

Not really much difference; I do agree that boys tend to be cuddlier in my experience. And I had no problems introducing a boy kitten to my two girls; one of them mothered him beautifully! And probably the kitten will pick your friend! Either sex would be fine....

I say Boy only cause I think a little boy would get on better with the two girls she already has. They will probaly see him as less of a threat.
