Daily thread - Monday

Good morning! Another sunny day - hurrah. I have to do a trolley dash this morning, then have to give blood this afternoon. My appointment is 2pm, so that pretty much takes the afternoon, wait to be done, be done, statutory rest in the donor centre, then I think a latte and muffin, plus read of the papers, in the town centre coffee shop, will be in order
Hope everyone has a good day.

Re: Daily thread - Monday

Morning.
There's a distinct nip in the air this morning! Took one sleepy girl to school today. She had had a bad dream last night.
Going to the gym in a little bit. (lost 9 lbs last week) I think I put it back on last night. We went for a meal out and had a huge desert Then a couple of bottles of wine. Ohhh it was good but I shouldn't have.
Anyway exept for the gym a quiet day ahead for me. I love doing nothing on a Monday

Cafe and gym . . . lucky old you two!!! I'm in the office trying to get organized, having forgotten my folder with all my home 'to do' admin in! It's was such a rush this morning

It's cold, damp and grey here and I'm hoping my new car arrives this week as promised.

Not much else to report really

Hi, all! Summer still hanging in, made 32C yesterday! Love it! Fog and clouds have burned off and the sun is shining for the last day of the holiday weekend; will make the 30s again. I'm having my usual lazy day, did the marketing; do have to plant some lily bulbs that came, and this weather doesn't make you think about fall bulb planting!! BM: I bruise easily too; isn't it a nuisance?
Enjoy the day!

Re: Daily thread - Monday

Afternoon all, after a dull cold start the sun came out and has been a pleasant afternoon, made the most of it by taking the dogs for a nice long walk....
