Morning all, another dry day here Not much happening today, Tom has a dental check up later this morning. Still waiting for Bliss' babies to put in an appearance

Morning - It's cold this morning. All is well in the Smudgley house. We are away this weekend, John is going tonight to help set thigs up for all the Friday arrivals & me & the girls will joing him after school on Friday. It's going to be a fireworks display with hot dogs & burgers & then a guy fawkes fancy dress. Can't wait. Cats are all fine. Carli is going on a long walk with evening with my niece & her Mom (part of their new keep fit plan) but they don't have a dog, so they are taking mine.
Oh & I think I'll stick with my colourful daily again, anyone care to join me for another colourful day?

Sunny and quite warm here Sebastian has the grumbles again - he really is the most overpowering child - if something doesn't go his way the whole street knows about it

Have found an old photo album with some kid pix of me. They're not really baby ones but I will scan then shortly and get the posted for you all to snigger at

Need to find a new cleaning lady. I really had to bit my tongue (well, my fingers as we were texting), as she's let me down AGAIN. I'm getting totally fed up with it all.

We had a lovely evening last night. The meal was exellent.
The sun is out today but there is a right nip in the air. Not to worry, really good for November.

today is payday so i'll be heading out early to take my cash out and load up on kitty food, litter, and toys. just checked the local sales online and have a list with me. kuan yin should be happy, she's been getting a bit bored with her food the last week so hopefully my choices will make her happy.

It's quite a nice day here......went to Bath this morning and it was almost like a Spring day there (except for the falling leaves!). The Abbey was looking respendent in the morning sunshine and there were many foreign visitors busily snapping away with their expensive looking cameras..

Fran ~ I hope Bliss doesn't keep you waiting too long with her babies ...

Afternoon! Sunny and a bit nippy here also, 16C. My usual routine at the market and liquor store, waiting for the roofer to come back and put on the last piece of siding on the porch roof! The squirrels can't gnaw thru that!
Moli, Smudgley: enjoy your breaks! Fran: tell that puss we are waiting! Yola: too bad about the cleaning lady....

It's been a lovely day here. I've been on the allotment shovelling sh ....... well, you know what I mean It'll make everything grow next year. Even picked a handful of courgettes - imagine - on 1st November! No more though, pulled the plant up as part of the autumn tidy.
