Good news story!!

I am a receptionist at a vet surgery.
Today we had a beautiful little black kitten in that had been found drowning in a water barrel. It was almost dead. No other kittens or mum was found, it was a total mystery how it turned up there in that barrel!
He (it turns out) was sooo cute I had to call the other receptionist and nurses to have a peek at him!
The people that found him last night are keeping him and were really worried about his walk, he is a bit wobbly on his back end. It turned out he is about 6 weeks old was totally OK and just had a huge worm burden (not a fat, happy tummy as they thought).

I just love happy stories like that!!!
PS. They have called him Burt (after Burt Lancaster as a diver in one of his films).
