Morning all, dry day here at the moment. Waiting on news this morning as to how Mildred is. Not much planned for the day. Need to do a food shop at some point.

Morning everyone.
I hope Mildred is OK.

I am taking a long lunch break today to go to the kennels to visit "our" kittens. I hope I'll find out when they can come and live with us. I am taking a blanket and some toys for them so that when they come home they will have something that smells familiar. Hopefully that will make the move less stressfull for them (or I could just be being daft and soppy!).

Not much going on today. Kids get a half day from school so dont have a lot of "me" time.
Really need to get some bits and bobs for Derek's birthday which is Sunday. Think Ceilidh and myself will go round the shops this afternoon.

At home with Sebi today. He's alternating between being angel baby and baby from hell. What's new Not much planned, it's cold so I don't want to go out, but might take Sebi for some fresh air once I've got used to the temperature.

Lovely sunny morning here today,a little chilly though.
My little sisters bday today so ive got to see if I can get hold of her at some point and meet up,not holding my breath though,that girl is a nightmare to get hold of
Other than that not alot planned,got some cleaning to get through because we are starting to decorate the living room this weekend.

Morning all, it's a beautiful sunny, crisp day here!

Have just finished the trolley dash and a quick tidy round. I'm making the first of three Christmas cakes this afternoon so the house is going to have that lovely spicy Christmassy smell!

Fran - I hope the news will be good about Mildred...

Tinker - enjoy some cuddles with your prospective kittens..

Had my long lunch break and went to the kennels to visit the kittens, Rosie and Pheobe. Just what I needed to put a smile on my face after a truely pants week.

They are so cute They have grown loads already. They didn't really want to come up to me for cuddle - I guess growing up in kennels they don't get as much handling as they would in a home - but both were happy when I picked them up for a cuddle. They wanted to stay right at the back of their house and were timid, but curiosity about the mouse toy that I took for them got the better of them so we played with the mouse for a while.

Steph (from the kennels) is going to check when they are ready to leave and give me a call so I can book time off work. I can't wait
