Re: Not again!!!!!!

Erin, is it within spraying range? Don't laugh at this, please, but when I've had a huge spider or a wasp I've discovered that spraying them with hair spray if you have nothing else to use will do them in! I am not joking, this works!

If I move any closer to it Eileen Im going to throw up I have to keep checking its still there cause I would just freak if I lost it and didnt know where it was,I would have to wait outside untill ed got back and found it!!!!!
Im not close enough to spray it with anything

Re: Not again!!!!!!

Erin, why don't you send away for one of these spider catchers .........they suck the spider into the tube and then you can safely take it to the garden and let it go...

Re: Not again!!!!!!

I havelooked at those before mags but I litterally just freeze when I see them,Im not sure I could get that close to them, but Ill look into it again.
The cats havnt even noticed it,not that they would be able to reach it if they saw it
God Im such a girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Was thinking about looking into being hypnotized and see if that works,Im absolutely terrified of them and no matter what Im doing if I see one everything stops!!!!!

Re: Not again!!!!!!

I bought one for a relative who hated spiders a few years ago, they are about 18" long so your hands aren't that close to the little monster!

Re: Not again!!!!!!

Awww Erin I am SO with you, I am petrified of spiders and will even willingly injure myself to get away from one. Last time I got trapped by one on the stairs I cried like a little girl until Tony came and rescued me I just could not go past it

DM - thanks for that link, I am going to get something like that, it's getting ridiculous. Saying that, Fizz only has to be pointed at them and she is on it Bubbles just looks at me as if to say 'what do you expect me to do???'

Re: Not again!!!!!!

Did you get any sleep Erin?? I so know what it's like. I have a horror of birds and have been known to hide behind Dominik!! Thankfully they don't often get into the house - although one did ages ago when Ken was still working from home - I think I would have just died of fright if I'd been around

Still, hope the beast has been dispatched by Ed and you're calmer.
