Tuesday's ThreadNot a good start to the day so far! One of my front tooth veneers has cracked off partially, so I look like some kind of witch until it's fixed. Also, keep catching my thumb nail, so the point now where it's so sore I'm fairly certain it'll come off. Voice so/so, but still far from right. Hope everyone elses Tuesday pans out better

Morning all, another cold but slightly warmer day here today. I'm off out to the bank shortly. Not much else planned but continuing to strip the wallpaper on the landing in readiness for it being plastered this weekend. Yola - I hope the day improves for you! Afternoon, ladies! Sunny and still very cold here; 0, wind chill -4! Got to the market; nothing special on the agenda for the rest of the day. Leia is still playing "catch and release"...got another mouse and let it get away! I don't know if this is the same one (pretty stupid mouse not to have left by now!), or a new one. I liked it better when she was in killing mode!! Yola: hope the day improves! Stay warm, everyone....... |

Evening all. Yola, sorry your day got off to a bad start, I hope it did improve. DM, I really feel for you with the chill factor, I hate the cold. Woke up this morning and my back was pretty painful, got up and went to put kettle on, switched on kitchen light and pow, all the lights fused. Called in sick to work and have been on the sofa most of the day watching telly and chatting to Erin. |
