Usually 12th night. I think the superstition is that all decorations should come down before 12th night OR????? Or what? You're doomed to live with a dead Christmas tree all year????????????? and dusty baubles???? (Sorry, getting a bit silly) |
Always New Years Day. Once the new year arrives I feel December and Christmas are behind us and I like to think of Spring. I like to buy a bunch of daffodils early in January too, to help me think of Spring!
That's when I get out my garden catalogues that have been coming and start ordering plants/seeds! Makes the rest of the Winter seem more bearable! |
