Yes Emma you are right, it sits well with rasins and apricots - must be the as they are from the same side of the World.

Onions,peppers,mushrooms,chicken and some really lush sauce stuff,its very yummy!!!
I have to have some now so may just pop down to tescos to get some stuff

I adore it too! Sadly because of OH's wheat intollerance it's a rare treat these days We used to mix it in with roasted veggies and blue cheese. Yums

I use quinioa now, which is slightly larger and crunchier than couscous, but works in the same way.

I recently tried cous cous but am not a big fan of it. I prefer pasta or rice, but saying that, it may grow on me!
