Cous CousHave to say I have become a great fan of cous cous...  Just wanted to let you know.

Onions,peppers,mushrooms,chicken and some really lush sauce stuff,its very yummy!!! I have to have some now so may just pop down to tescos to get some stuff  |

I adore it too! Sadly because of OH's wheat intollerance it's a rare treat these days  We used to mix it in with roasted veggies and blue cheese. Yums  I use quinioa now, which is slightly larger and crunchier than couscous, but works in the same way. |

I recently tried cous cous but am not a big fan of it. I prefer pasta or rice, but saying that, it may grow on me!  |
