I need a kitten! Photo competition!

As some of you may have already seen, I have a similar thread over on Dogsey looking for a puppy, so where better to look for a kitten?!

As some of you may know i'm starting up my own business in pet supplies, trading locally and online.

I'm in the process of designing my logo and for my logo I need a kitten!

Now instead of just using a boring old stock photo, I thought maybe you guys would be interested.

Requirements:

There's not many, but as you can understand I need to get the right kitten as he/she will be featured on my main logo, so will be on all letter heads, signs, adverts, even my van!

First of all, it needs to be a good clear picture of a decent size. Please mention if you still have the original size straight from your camera or not, when you enter your photo.

The kitten should preferably be a young kitten, roughly 6 to 14 weeks, however this is just a guide as i'm looking for that really cutesy baby look, so other ages will be considered if they have what I am looking for.

The kitten's main focus needs to be it's face, so facing/looking at the camera would be preferred. Sitting, lying, standing, anything is fine as long as he/she is facing the camera. Preferably the kitten's whole body should be in the shot.

No breeds specified, can be any specific breed, cross or moggy.

Most of all it has to be CUTE! But all kittens are, so I don't think anyone needs to worry there!

Entrants must agree that if their picture is chosen, I have their permission to alter the picture (i.e. delete the background and tweak the picture to fit my logo) and use it on my products e.t.c. and will be asked to sign an agreement to this effect.

You may enter as many pictures as you like, so long as the cats are either your own, or you have permission to enter them.

The winner will receive a goody bag of cat products upon the launch of the business website and logo (estimated June). The website will be launched prior to this as a test run, although products will not be available to buy online before the official launch.

If anyone needs any more information please PM me, I hope this is allowed as i'd love my logo to animals I 'know' rather than just random pictures.

Also I will not be judging the entries, my fellow students and tutors at uni will be so there will be no favoritism. I'm not entering my own pets as I just feel personally it would be unfair on the others if one got chosen to be the face of the company and the rest didn't, bit daft but i'd just feel guilty!

Closing date is 31st of March 2008.

Forgot to add, i'm also looking for a puppy as stated and a small domestic animal of no specific species as of yet (so rodents, reptiles, birds e.t.c would all be competing against each other to be featured on the main logo), so please feel free to enter your other pets.

Also, even if your picture is not chosen for the final logo, I am still looking for various pictures of animals to feature on the website, so your picture could still be featured.

It's a pity the only kitten pics I have of teddie show her so ill, and I didn't have a digital camera with Broxi. Any other pics I have are all of foster kittens.

Alex please enter some of Broxi anyway, as I said, the kitten age is just a guideline for cute factor, to make sure the logo is eyecatching and appealing as when surveyed, the vast majority of people including both pet owners and non-pet owners said they would take a second look if they caught a glimpse of some baby animals and/or very striking and eyecatching animals seen on an advert or leaflet.

Hope that made sense, it's just the psychology of it to draw people in, but I think Broxi is absolutely stunning as you know, however i'm not judging as i'd never be able to choose but he's most welcome to be entered, as are other older kitties.
