One should always do stretching to loosen up the muscles before exercising .....

Can you keep adding to this with a different exercise it looks like fun. Elaine could even put sweatbands and gym kits on her.

I love her cheeks though, I love the way cats puff them out when feeling playful

Eva goes for a run after her stretches, she can run from the lounge to the kitchen in a second if she hears the buiscit box opening

Yes, cats are sprinters, not distance runners. Wonder if anyone has ever measured how fast they can run......??
