Eva's Yoga session.
You gotta start off gently, you know kinda limber up

Then turn the the head a little to the left. 3 repititions.


Then a little further for another 3 repititions.

Just a little further.....

Now onto the leg stretches...

A little higher....

If you can lick your own bum, then you really have limbered up

And once more with feeling...

And relax.....
