Daily Thread/Saturday

Morning all! It's a super Saturday here. Bright and sunny. Going off to Cardiff by train to meet up with a friend from Salisbury. Getting away from a sports mad house!
Nice bit of retail therapy instead.

Have a good day everyone!

lol Kazz, the exercise isn't that bad, I needed something else to do when I have days I don't have enough time to go down the gym. Hopefully these will fill the gap nicely

I believe the Natalie Cassidy vid is the one to do. Really hard work with fast results.

Thanks Babycakes, I have purchased the Nell McAndrews DVD - one I just tried which was VERY good (made me sweat!!) and also a Davina McCall boxset which I will try in a month or so.

Re: Daily Thread/Saturday

Just had some house viewers around. Nice couple. They came once before Christmas when we were with a different agent.

OH has taken the boys into town, I'm going to head down shortly. It's sunny but ever so cold outside - dramatic temperature drop from yesterday's springlike warmth.

Had a bit too much wine last night, and couple with Sebi's restless night I'm feeling a bit delicate and bleary-eyed this morning.

Probably won't be watching the horse racing - it's not something I've ever got into

Right - off to get changed into something warmer and heading into town

Re: Daily Thread/Saturday

Good day to you all. Just cleaned out the litter boxes and am off to clean the hammy tank next, followed by a quick run round with the hoover. Then I am off out to pick my sister and go for a coffee.
Remember the quiz tonight peeps. Questions have been carefully selected . Starts around 8 pm so be there or be afraid
