Grand National day


Well anyone having a bet on the national? I know some don't agree with it but I like the national.

My tips......chosen purely because I like the names ...are
I put £20 total on the national so £5 each this year EW

I also bet each year although I know a lot of people don't agree with it.

I will be betting on slim pickings £5 each way and Simon £10 each way

Used to bet as a kid (though dad!) but I don't agree with horse racing now so I wont be joining in!

I'm OK with flat racing, but don't like watching steeplechasing - get upset when the horses fall. Don't bet at all. OH and MIL will probably watch it though.

I have no objections to racing: always watch our Triple Crown races here, but don't bet. I probably would if there were a bookie nearby.....
