Morning Erin, morning everybody else

Well off to the gym in a min and then I need to do a bit of gardening - dad gave me some tomato plants and a few cucumber plants so I need to plant those.

Have a relaxing day everybody

Re: Daily Thread/Sunday

Hoping to get my exercise tape done shortly . . . the sun is shining and it's glorious and we've just had breakfast in the garden.

Later this morning we're off for a riverside picnic by the Thames in Henley. They'll be 10 of us - and my brother and I have both made up different parts of the food. Dominik's REALLY excited!

Sorry for my brief visit to the quiz last night, I hadn't seen OH very much at all and we wanted a sit-down-and-catch-up over an alfresco dinner.

Elaine I didn't go too mad at the gym burnt approx 500 calories and did my weights

Mags - I find that the more times I go to the gym the more active I am. Definitely feel more energised now I am going to the gym and the gym is fully air conditioned

Hello everyone, very hot day here, hotter than yesterday I think. OH is mowing the front lawn, did the back yesterday. I'm off to the garden centre soon, have told our foster child he can choose some plants of his own to look after. We have our monthly dog walk this afternoon, luckily it's in a nice shaded wood!

Elaine ~ Hope you enjoy your time with your friends.

Yola ~ Enjoy the picnic -sounds wonderful!

Erin ~ hope you get a good sleep this morning - then enjoy some sun!

Emma ~ Don't work too hard at the gym!

Happy Birthday Mrs H!
