morning all. its just started raining here.  im off out later on seeing my daughter. just found out that my dearest friend is in hosp. so im hoping that her OH will let me know what ward shes in, and if i can visit her. have a good day all. |

Quite chilly and damp here. I'm a bit tired today and headachey. Cracking through the work, but it's slightly quieter today which is good! Not much to report otherwise . . . |

Quite cloudy here today and not very warm. It is my day off today so some chores and shopping planned. Adam, my son came home form uni last night until Monday, great to see him, we may go out for lunch today. Hope you all have a good day. x |

Kim we could be twins Here it is cloudy and not warm today but still planting weather.  Its also my day off so things to do too bills to pay and a bit of shopping. My sister is not at work today either so may have lunch out too. So like my cyber "twin" Kim I hope you all have a good day. |

Morning all, damp, dreary and overcast here after earlier rain.. Went to the hairdressers this morning, fortunately it had stopped raining by the time I came out. Popped into Sainsbury's to do a bit of shopping on the way home. May try to get out on the garden if it stays dry. Hope you are having a lovely birthday Eileen.. Enjoy your day everyone..  |

Seems widespread, the rain, overcastness (!) cool and murky after the heat of the last couple of weeks. Course it would be (OH says) "It's the start of the cricket!" Bit more work today if I can bring myself to do it - loads more to come probably next week. Hope you have a really lovely day Eileen. So glad that Elaine said Happy Birthday in her post above and that Mags started a Happy Birthday thread in Your Celebrations. It's really nice that birthdays don't go unmarked! Hope Leia's bought you something nice I asked Merlin if he wanted to send his Auntie Eileen purrrrs and he said yes, most certainly! so I have!Has anyone heard whether Alex is safe?
