Re: Garden today

Wow, lots of lovely colour! Do you find those annuals get horribly munched by slugs Mags? I've given up on them as they either get slaughtered by slugs/snails or they dry out before I have a chance to water them

You've obviously got that green fingered touch

Re: Garden today

I do use animal friendly slug pellets when the plants are young and have just been planted Yola but the slugs and snails don't appear to munch away at the plants so much once they have matured. I used to plant French marigolds a few years ago but haven't planted them since as the slugs and snails used to have a feast with them!

I water the garden most evenings except when we've had a heavy fall of rain.

Stunning pics, Mags, the colors are magnificent! What a lot of thought, planning and work has gone in to creating that! You should be really pleased with the results..
A pity that slugs/snails seem to be such a problem there!

No, luckily they're not a problem at all! Can't remember when I last saw a slug slime trail on the sidewalk......

And I second Elaine: where's the lovely Cassie? Is she still tired out from her disco dancing? That pic is a classic!
