Monday Morning feeling

I shouldn't have that Monday morning feeling coz I have a week off this week. I had plans to go places and visit folks but I've had to put it all on hold
Weather so-so but not promising, more washing to do, does it ever end. Sorry, I'm moaning
On a better note, mam's improving slowly, my diet has restarted and I've lost 3lb, won £10 on the lottery on Saturday!

Clouds and silver linings...

Re: Monday Morning feeling

Congratulations on your win and your loss haha.
You should see the washing I have to do My son loves me so much that he even saved his washing for me to do with mine when I got home
Now if it ever stops raining I may be able to do it.

Re: Monday Morning feeling

Start of another week! Not sure if this is meant to be the daily thread or not .....apologies PP if it's not!

It's a lot brighter here this morning, although still overcast .....the sun is trying its hardest to peep through..

Cassie kindly presented be with yet another hairball last night........she has a good brush and comb every day so I can't understand why she is still getting them.

Glad to hear you mam continues to improve Nette...

Enjoy your day everyone!

Re: Monday Morning feeling

Afternoon all! A really vile, wet and windy day here today. It started grotty, brightened up a bit mid-morning, but it's pouring again now.

Glad Merlin's tea party was a success yesterday and hope everyone enjoyed it! Merlin slept soundly all night on our bed and hardly moved at all until this morning - he was exhausted! Hope Ronnie wasn't too poorly this morning - I blame that catnip souchong!

Have a good day everyone - whatever the weather where you are!

Re: Monday Morning feeling

Yet another c-section this morning, this time 7 dachshund pups! Had this afternoon off so walked into town to get a bit of shopping, bad idea! I got caught in a massive rain shower and was totally wet through, with a long, soggy walk home!
Back home now, curled up on the sofa with Imogen and the dog-much better!

Re: Monday Morning feeling

Hi, all! Same old weather: a front has been stalled over the East Coast for days now: warm, humid with t'storms around every day. It's getting old; on the bright side at least I don't have to water the garden every day... Same old with me also, the usual market run. Waiting for my Government stimulus check which is due this week: they want us to spend it to jump-start the economy, so I'll have to be good citizen and force myself to shop.... Leia had a lovely time at the party yesterday, enjoyed meeting some of her Catsey aunties, the other cats and dear Merlin!

PP: glad your mam's improving, and well done on the weight!
Mags: Cassie's shedding faster than you can furminate her, it seems...Have a nice day despite the weather, peeps!
