My new kitten - CandyHere she is. Sorry about the quality of the pics, hadn't realised the batteries had gone in my camera & didn't have any spare so had to use my mobile.    Let me explain why the name Candy was chosen. Well it was really my daughters that decided on it. What it is my eldest daughter is a big fan of the cartoon Peppa Pig, we already have a cat named after it, yes Peppa & in the cartoon she has a little brother called George & you've got it, we've got a cat called George. So the girls decided they'd like to carry on with that theme lol. In the cartoon they have a friend called Candy Cat so that's where the name has come from

She's an absolute darling, Alison..  I think it's lovely that your daughter chose her name and that it's themed to your other cat's names too. How nice that your girls have so many pets to fuss over! |

Thank you The other cats aren't too happy at the new arrival, but I've been through all this before when introducing new cats, so I know what I'm doing & I know in time that they will get use to each other Since having cats, it has done wonders for my eldest daughter Katherine, she has special needs & at one time was absolutely terrified of any animals, but now all that has changed, she's still not keen on dogs but she's certainly following in her Mum's footsteps & loves cats just as much & my other daughter Rachael she is the same too |
