Can you not get her to a vet if she seems that bad? What do you mean by 'bad turn', what happened? Keep her with you, don't leave her alone. |

I wouldn't leave her alone. Does she have any medical conditions, or do you think you're losing her to old age? Do you not have an emergency vets in your area you could call for advice? even if you don't take her down. I'm sorry I can't suggest anything else. |

So sorry to read your post scottyrae. I can understand you not wanting veterinary intervention, especially if Domino is going peacefully - it is after all a natural passage from one state to another. I would only be worried if your cat was in pain or distressed, then I would find an emergency vet to pts. |

Has the cat been in good health up until this point? If so I would be inclinced to go to the vet as it's a sudden change in behaviour and might be treatable. Jmo. |

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss scottyrae but it does seem she went in the best way possible, in her home, with you beside her, peacefully. And you seemed very intune with her to realise she was passing on. (hugs) |
