We're off to Southampton to visit Earthrace on her post-world record tour. Barbie on the marina and possibly restaurant/bar in the evening! I hit 450 calories in 1/2 an hour on the treadmill yesterday which I'm pleased about  Weather is OK, overcast but quite warm and still dry |

Hi, all. Weather continues gorgeous, brilliant blue skies, cooler than normal for August, 23C, and still bone dry!!!  We cannot buy a raindrop; the basil was looking wilted yesterday even though I'd previously watered.... did my usual Saturday library/liquor store run. Exciting, eh?  Hope all have a good day, and fingers crossed for Mags' holiday weather !! |

Rain, rain and more rain! I was working this morning-fairly steady but not too crazy. Met up with a friend from school for lunch which was great, haven't seen him for about 4 years so we had a lovely lunch and chatted for four hours Walked a now very soggy dog and now snuggled on the sofa with said dog and Imogen, waiting for OH to get home from work |
