Well now i have 5 cats, 2 rabbits and 2 guinea pigs my eldest daughter wants a hamster. I have had then in the past and i can handle them. What sort of cage should i get a metal one or a rotastak one. I have had both but cant remeber which one is best. Have any of you got any opions about either of them.

Re: What sort of cage?

Many years ago when I had 2 hamsters, I had a rotastak - which I thought was lovely, because it was so versatile and could be added to, to give the animals interesting things and places to explore and "hunt" for their food. Don't forget the anti-gnaw rings for the tops of the tubes though!
