cats and windows

ok here goes,im a bit hacked off

about 5 yrs ago i moved to my own flat, ground floor specially for the cat,so he could easily get out.i had to get permission from our commity to move the sand box under my window,as i felt the jump was to long,as the older cat was 11 at the time,i got the permission and the box was moved, great so i thought!!

boy was i wrong now 5 yrs on its been moved,no one asked me surely if i needed permission to get it moved, the person moving it it away shoulda asked me or least told me it was getting moved back ?????

i asked the guy coz he was doing the plants n stuff,he basically said it wasnt his problem, even tho he is on the commity himself

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr 1 rule for 1 n all that
